How much does it cost for you to manage my villa?
Full-service management costs 25 % of gross revenue after platform commissions, and includes guests, cleaning and operations. If you only want to adjust prices to demand and season (revenue management) plus guest support, it costs 10 %. You know what you pay from day one.
We charge a percentage of what you earn, so we win when your villa sells well. We work with a minimum commitment of 1 year: it covers high and low season and gives us time to fine-tune pricing and calendar with you. Which villas do we manage?
Premium or renovated villas and homes in good condition. The criterion is there to protect you: a guest who has a great stay leaves good reviews and books again. If your property qualifies, we manage it in any province of Spain, with priority in Catalonia and the Valencian Community.
If you are not sure it qualifies, tell us: we say so in the first call, before you waste any time. There is more detail on villa management.

Do I need a tourist licence to rent out my villa?
Usually yes: to rent to tourists you must comply with the rules of your community and municipality, and that normally includes a tourist-use licence or registration. Realbit prepares and files the application, mainly in the Valencian Community. The final decision is up to the administration.

Buying to rent out? Reach the bank prepared
A mortgage preparation is a financial study and a report that you present to the bank yourself. It puts in order the strengths of your profile that its risk department values. We do not sell mortgages: we prepare you to get one. You lead the conversation with the bank, with your report in hand.
