Privacy policy
We use your data only to answer your enquiry. This page explains what data we collect in the contact form, what we use it for, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for processing your data?
The controller is Realbit Solutions SL (trading as Realbit), tax ID B70809900, with its registered office at Calle Vilanova de la Barca 11, Pl. Ind. Neoparc, 25190 Lleida (Lleida). The person in charge and contact is Cristian Via (Person in charge of Realbit). You can write to the controller at info@realbit.es.
What data do we collect and why?
We collect the data you write in the contact form or in an email to info@realbit.es. In the form it is:
- Required: the service you are interested in, your name, your phone number, your email address and your acceptance of this policy.
- Optional: the property type, its area, its condition, whether you know the minimum management term, and a message about your case.
- Technical: the page you sent the form from and the date and time of submission.
We use it to reply to you, call you and assess whether we can help with the service you requested. We do not use it for any other purpose. After you send the form you receive an automatic confirmation email at the address you give, with a fixed text.
Why do we keep a summary of your IP address?
To limit the number of submissions per person and prevent mass form submissions (site security). We do not store your IP: we store an irreversible summary code (hash) that is renewed every month and cannot identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the mailbox from abuse.
What is the legal basis?
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by voluntarily ticking the acceptance box when you send the form. The box is never pre-ticked. If your enquiry aims to hire a service, we also process your data to take pre-contractual steps at your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect. For the IP summary code, the basis is the legitimate interest described above.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and during the legal limitation periods.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not hand your data over to third parties or use it for advertising. We will only disclose it if a law or an authority requires us to.
What rights do you have?
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. Write to info@realbit.es stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a means of identifying you. We reply within the legal deadlines.
Where can I complain?
If you believe we do not handle your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Before doing so, write to us: we will try to resolve it.
