About Realbit
What is Realbit?
Realbit is a company working in premium real estate asset management and vacation rental management, with a team in Valencia and Tarragona. It manages villas and premium properties as vacation rentals, prepares mortgage financing and trains property investors. It manages more than 14 tourist accommodations. Realbit does not act as an intermediary with banks and does not give investment advice.
Where does Realbit work?
Realbit works across Spain, with priority in Catalonia and the Valencian Community, where it has a team in Tarragona and Valencia. Vacation rental management is accepted in any province if the property is in good condition. Tourist licence applications are handled mainly in the Valencian Community.
How do I contact Realbit?
Fill in the contact form or write to info@realbit.es, saying which service interests you and, if you own a property, where it is and what condition it is in. Realbit calls you within 24 hours with your case already read, and you can say which time slot suits you.
Vacation rental management
How much does Realbit charge to manage a vacation rental?
Realbit charges 25 % for full-service management, or 10 % if you only need revenue management and guest support. The percentage is calculated on gross revenue after platform commissions. You know what you pay from day one. The minimum commitment is 1 year.
What is the difference between full-service management and revenue management only at Realbit?
Full-service management costs 25 % and includes all guest management, cleaning and operations. Revenue management and guest support cost 10 % and cover only those two tasks. Most owners prefer full service. Both are calculated on gross revenue after platform commissions.
Which properties does Realbit accept to manage?
Realbit manages premium or renovated villas and homes in good condition, across Spain with priority in Catalonia and the Valencian Community. That criterion protects reviews: a guest who has a great stay books again. If your property does not qualify, Realbit tells you in the first call.
Is there a minimum term in Realbit's management?
Yes, 1 year at least. It is a commitment from both sides that covers high and low season and gives time to fine-tune calendar and pricing with you. That is why Realbit says so from the start: you know before you begin whether it suits you.
Tourist licences
Does Realbit process tourist licences?
Yes. Realbit prepares and files the tourist-use licence application for your property, mainly in the Valencian Community. The administration decides, under the rules of each community and municipality, and Realbit does not start any procedure until you know what you will pay.
Mortgage preparation
Does Realbit get or negotiate the mortgage with the bank?
No: Realbit does not act as an intermediary, negotiate with banks or sell mortgages. It prepares you to get one. It carries out a detailed financial study and gives you a report that you present to the bank yourself, with what you need to look at and understand. You lead the conversation, and approval is the bank's decision.

It includes a detailed financial study of your case and a report, which you present to the bank yourself, with the positive points of your profile that its risk department values. It also explains what to look at before signing. It works for an investment mortgage or a first-home mortgage. It is a paid service.
How much does the mortgage preparation cost?
You know what it costs before you start. Realbit studies your profile and, in the first conversation, tells you the cost of your study and report. It is a paid service designed so that you reach the bank with your case studied and your strengths in order.
Investment training
What training does Realbit offer?
Realbit offers courses on property investing and on crypto, on its own platforms. They are training, not investment advice: they teach how it is done, not what to buy. If you are interested, write to info@realbit.es and Realbit explains how they work and tells you the cost before you decide.
Does Realbit give investment advice?
No. Realbit trains you on how to invest in property and in crypto, but it does not give investment advice or recommend buying or selling specific assets. The courses explain the method and the risks; the decision to invest is always yours. Realbit is not an investment adviser.
